42mph in a 30mph apparently. een tho i see the man in the van with the camera and i slowed down to atleast 32mph oh well.

12mph over the minit
driving less than 2 years
caught at abusy time 3pm
fair few cars about i suppose
on a dual carriagway

looks like 3 points+ fine or fine+6 points+ban+retake test

nah i got caught doing 44 in a 30 and i had been driving for 1 and a half years i got 3 points and a 60 pound fine !!

I was not stating that he should tell the coppers that his speedo is out that would be dumb.I was just saying that i too have a problem with the speedo being out.ok
