Would you pay for a second hand set of speedline allesios without tyres that are not damaged?

I read theyre about £800 with tyres new?

You can only buy em form Wheel Base new as they have the sole selling right to them, £680 for them with budget tyres. 2nd hand they got for whatever people pay for em, they do go for £400-£500 2nd hand.

I can get a boxed new set without tyres for £450 but i am tight!

Offer £400 and see if he takes, bear in mind tyres will be £50 odd each
