Right, basically i was parked in a car park in town waiting for my girlfriend as she was out clubbin.
This was about 2:30am and as i come into the car park then parked my car, i had my music on which was loud as i have subs etc...
Along came an officer and said to me "right mate, we have new laws in which means im gonna give u a warning since ur music is too loud and used in an anti-social manner... i am going to give you your first warning and place ur car details onto the police database. If another police officer hears you playing ur music too loud, then we are going to Seize your car and would cost you £250 to get it back..."
IS this true? or he just bullsh*ting me as he didnt take down my details part from write somthing down on his hand (possibly my reg) as i pulled off???

I turn it down too, i get worried when we drive into the pikey areas ... because if someone notices you have really loud music, then its pretty obvious you have a system in there ... and i dont want the car getting broken in to

Unfortunately I have a feeling the copper is well within his rights cos your in a built up area after 11:30pm (after when you can beep ur horn). As for the consfication of ur motor its the same old section 59 shit everywhere now ain't it!!
