Rights its been a month, and I've only just got a covering note today, and its the wrong car again.


Phone up and explain it, get put through to 3 different people and it turns out on the computer is insured as a Coupe, not just a Megane.


YET my insurance documents can take any where from 3-4 months to come through form Zurich.


What the hell's that about?


They've taken the money out of my account.

I just got insured wi zurich as they were the cheapest at the time. I had no bother wi em.
