How are they with mods? Talking everything here Engine ,suspension..Kits..wheels

They have given me a decent quote for my next car but on the website they went all funny when i ticked the boxes for mods and said they could'nt quote me?

elephant are fucking useless.
initila quotes aren't too bad, but communication is dire.

they're a web based company, so you'd imagine you'd get a reply to an email, right? wrong.

you have to live with no response or call their premium rate line which you shouldn't have to.

i went through my whole policy with them on just a cover note.

Elephant insurance is WANK! i phoned em up an they refused me insurance coz i got too many mods!! LOL i only had induction kit, exhaust and lowered when i asked em
go to adrian flux or liverpool victoria they dont charge extra for mods!!

I was with them about 3 years ago and a lad ran out infront on me and I knock him over and they took my ncb off me, played up fook and shouted at them on the fone and got the insurance ombimen onto them and got my ncb back

im with them, i had a 52 reg 106 gti for about three weeks some pikey scum kids ran out infront of me which i served then span a smashed though someones garage! wrote it off and they paid out fine. dunno what theyre like for mods aint done any yet on the new one

We thought this with the audi too, super quote, then we tried to add mods, so swiftly moved to admiral who were just as cheap and good with mods for us
