the rebel is the america version isnt it? the photos you showed the other day were these taken with this camera or a different one? what was your old camera?

taken with the D10 - not quite te same camera but I'm not going to miss the functions. apparently the 300D can be hacked to give the D10 fuctions anyway

Will look forward to the results form this camera vibs,

My parents are currenty lookin at buying a Digital SLR, and would like a cannons as my father already owns a standard cannon SLR,

Am i right in thinking his current Cannon lenses will fit a digital body?

canon EF lens fit the D10, 300D. however because it's not a true 35mm you get a 1.6x on the lens so the sigma 28-300mm becomes 44.8-480mm
