Hold something over the tailpipe for a few seconds so it's completely blocked off, if you can hear hissing, you got a leak.

Edit: Just noticed your exhaust - is that a 6x4 sebring? Good luck covering that up, had to jam a big rag in mine

Block the end up and if it cuts the engine it's OK -- if not your fucked Mine blows somewhere but it passed its MOT

Don't do this for too long and you can blow the head gasket.

You ideally need to be underneath, you will see if there is a leak on inspection as the area around the leak will be sooted up.
