Will i get what i want for it???? Or if the highest bid at the end is short of what i want is that it and i have to let it go for that price??

get an ebay account straight away mate.

just get a mate to bid up to youtr highest bid if no one bids higher than him, dont need to sell it to him do ya

yeah great idea langey - and then pay ebay a good few quid in sellers fees for not even selling the car

can always put a reserve on the car

Don't you mate? So it's not like a binding agreement or anything?

Say somone bids 6K and i want at least 6.5 then do i still have to sell it to them? If it's not a mate like?

just put a note on your advert on ebay saying :

This car is advertised elsewhere so i reserve the right to close this auction at any time.

You can start the auction at one price say £6k but if the auction doesn't meet the reserve price of say £6.500 then you don't have to sell the car.

On most auctions you'll see a price with the words next to it - "reserve price not met" meaning that the current bid isn't high enough for the vendor to sell at.

to put a reserve on it = £3

final selling fee....

£0.01 - £2,999.99 £15.00
£3,000.00 - £5,999.99 0.5%
£6,000.00 and above £30.00

so ya looking at payiong ebay 40 quid basically
