Anyone ever had problems with returning things to them?
I bought a Rieger splitter for my coupe, had it sprayed up but never fitted it. Sold it to a member of the board, and it apparently doesn't fit.
Called today, and they won't do anything with out their 'reference' number. I can't for the life of me find it, but know exactly when it was paid for and how.
I just want to have it changed, so does anyone off here know anyone that works there, or know anyway to have it sorted? I could go through trading standards, but think thats a bit harsh.
Cheers for any ideas

If it's Rieger it should have a part number on the splitter.
Astra 4 Coupe? You might have the Astra 4 hatch splitter... how doesn't it fit? It might be the new owner being a gimp.

I know what u mean Joff, but the hatch fits slightly over the bumper, where as the coupe version is totally underneath.
It isn't lining up and seems a little too small.
