this is what it is!

Shrick fast road cam for C14SE, 270 degree lift, supposed to add about 7bhp. It was fitted in my 1.4 for about 10,000 miles with no other modifications to the engine apart from induction and exhaust, and the engine ran fine Cost me £170 new, looking for offers around £100.
