Phoned up today to tell them i put 17's on..
got some call centre in fucking india or that..
said that will be £89 extra to cover you till end of policy which is january....
Was mad..could hardly understand the foreign bint so told her to transfer me to somebody that speaks 'english'
she did but they would not back down...Said i had 4 diff sets on the corsa and didn't charge me once for upgrading/changing..
even if i do pay the £89 still only covers it for putting standard ones back on...
i just said to him i am going to put old ones back on and forget about it............if they get nicked they won't know i had them on anyway..if i crash i will have to do some wheel finding and fitting fast....
Then he had the gawl to try and sell me breakdown cover......
i  at him...

their idiots putting their call centres in india people are just leaving faster than u can say "were transferring to india" yer its gonna cut their costs but losing customers is gonna cost them bigtime!

These guys are useless,for the last four months theyve took my direct debit when they have felt like it!!! still not been resolved,and the agents in india dont help lol.
cheeky cunts charged me £20 to change my registration with them and an extra £20 a month for all the mods

Yes every company in this fucking country is moving call centers to fucking India ATM, I went to Kwikfit for a £5 wheel balance and they took my number..........9 fucking calls I got the following week from mr muhamid hussan trying to sell me fucking insurance!!!
I never answer the house phone so my mam had to tell him to fuck off im not in each time
Wont be going back to Kwikfit again

LOL they only charged me £14 to change my pricate plate-agen! Asked if i change it for a 3rd time would they give me a discount but the guy just laffed at me

i said something similar to my old ins company when i declared a mod and they wanted a engineers report to prove i'd took the thing off! thought that was a bit OTT when if i'd be hoest enough to declare it in first place and they'd take anyone elses word their car was what they siad it was luckily it was at renewal anyway and i found a much cheaper company who'd insure me with the mod! LOL

Call centres In India are the bain of my life!
I work for a car insurance company which has several indian call centres.
Passing customers thru to c.s-
Indian " Can I take your name and policy number?"
Me "Hiya this is Gerard from sales, got a customer on the line wants to......"
Indian "Could u confirm ur date of birth..."
Me "No coz Im not the F**king policyholder"
Indian "what can I do for you today?"
Me" blind transfers customers and feels sorry that there gonna be dealing with such a bunch of incompetents!!
