if i,ve got me car on finance do i have to keep it or can i swap it?
its got a kit on it tho will that matter?

Im sure you need to settle the finance as the finance company give it to you on the strength of being able to reposes the car shouldnt you pay.....if anyone swaps cars with one that has outstanding HP they are fucking stupid!

you can trade it in and get another from garage...garage will pay off outstanding finance and start new finance..

i sold my old corsa a few months before the finance deal was up.
i knew i wasn't going to default on it, and the buyer never did an hpi check, so it wasn't really an issue.
if it were early on in the agreement, then i'd settle the balance after it was sold.
