been insured with CIS for 3 years, got pass plus too

got my prove of NCB and it says i am entitled to 4 years NCB or 60% equivalent

how do they work that out?

some insurers count pass plus as your first years ncb

1ncb = 30%
2ncb = 40%
3ncb = 50%
4ncb = 60%

pass plus only works for first year of insurance

yeah for some reason pass plus is counted as one years no claims
