got my renewel thro today, be with em for 2 years and not much has changed on the car, its got wheels, suspension and a few other bits and pieces, and havent touch it really in last year, made no claims or anything, its now gone from £600 to an eye watering £1300, i'm 24, 25 in a couple of weeks, corsa only a 1litre and i have 4yrs no claims, whats all that about?
and when i rung them up cos i thought it was a mistake and i actually got straight thro to someone for a change he was a tosser and basically said there wasnt anything they could do cos of where i live, which hasnt changed, and cos they had half a million pound pay out this year, just think its a joke

i'd deffo ring round.......direct line have always come up cheapest for me, customer service ain't too great tho...
