for some reason the dialup connections have been removed on my parents computer and the ntl installer wont work on XP

0808 990 9877 <- current one most people use
1263 0800 519 0600 <- works for osme people, it's the old number, always engadged when I used it
1263 0800 519 0100 <- sends me to dialer download page.

The first number using a windows XP dial up connection works fine for most people.
