i've checked the fuse it's fine. neither the dash or centre console is illuminating when the lights are on totally confused now not sure where to look for the problem.

hit it just above the shroud should do the trick

i did this and it worked, only try it if your frustrated, i wont be help responsible for any damages

i've tried it. everyone ive asked about it has tried wacking it just wont come on..

try the simple things, the illumination dial thingy below the lights, although that doesnt control the centre console lights but try it anyay, or maybe the bulbs have gone?
