ive now lost £200 from a trader on ebay, and pay pal just turned round and said they cant do anything> 
they claim that transactions are insured, but there not. please beware people.

You can only claim it back if the other person was verified or if you were verified.

they dont have the authority to take money out of the bank account. they will only do it if there is money in the pay pal account.

yep hence why i have to travel to leeds soon to see 2 guys who ripped me and others off alot of ££££'s
