right then.
been ripped off hundreds of quid by some tw@t from stratford-upon-avon. lost contact with him completely now, has owed me for 5 months now and i aint letting it go!! was wondering if anyone can help me with some info. he had a nova and swapped it for a corsa 5 door i remember seeing this corsa on ebay BEFORE he got it. so i need to find this bloke who owned this corsa(pics below) if anyone is on here who owned it or knows of his user i.d on ebay pls let me know.
 
any help would be appriciated.
he is based in the stratford upon avon area. had debt colectors on his a55 but there taking to long about it and this bloke just fobs em off. also contacted the police + am on the verge of goign down there and not coming home till A. got my stuff back or B. done £1000s worth of damage to him/his belongings.

basically i sent him goods and cash for his alloys he had for sale. £70 cash and goods worth like £500 new. the day he got my cash+goods he phoned to say the wheels got nicked off his car. since then ive heard about 15+ excuses on why he coudlnt send my stuff/cash back. someof
his excuses were...
had to go to hosital
was ill off work didnt get sick pay.
was my birthday but nobody gave me money as i thought they would.
nodoby bought my car as i thought they would.
had to spend my wages on a few bills

he advertised the wheels on novaload forum. he was contacting me through his works email(as i dont think he has a pc at home).
lost contact completely now due to him APPARENTLY not working at that place anymore hence he cannot use the email addy. also befoe that he gave me a bogus special delivery tracking number saying he sent the goods+bit of cash to the debt collectors who was on his ass. they recieved nothign and found out it was a bogus tracking number.

u should have known - ne1 with a predator front bumper must be a knob - like me - obviously - why buy a bumper that u have to get repaired every 3 weeks cause it keeps cracking grrr - sorry my random rant over

yeah kind of agree i've done some on here but never for more than £30 or so, i figure if i loose out once i wont ever do it again and at end of day £30 wouldnt be end of world, but never had a pob with anyone on here, would never send anymore without seeing the person face to face. Sorry to hear u've lost out though not on at all that! hope u get it sorted

Just one thing, if debt collectors cant get the money out of him how do you think you will? They can take his stuff, you cant and will end in jail if you do.

If it was me their is no way that I wudnt have gone round to his house to get my money back, either quietly or through abit of fistycuffs.
Its gay but thats how I wud handle it, why shud i have to employ sum1 to recover money which he has no right to be with holding??? I just wudnt be able to handle that! wud simply have to go and have a word!

yeah thats how i feel to exactly same as that, but thought the debtors will scare him in sending me what i am owed...obviously not. i still am planning to go to his house and i wont leave without my stuff+cash back or somethign worth that value or if nothing i will damage soemthing thats worth alot to him. theres no way hes getting away with it.
i sent him a decent headunit and i know he put it in his old nova he had not logn after he swapped the nova for a corsa(the one above) thats why i wana contact who owned that corsa previously so i can ask if he got the same headunit with the nova hes got.
