my mate is looking for a new car, wants something with a bit of class, but quite small, the budget is about £8,000 but if the car is brand new with a years free insurance he can afford up to £10,000. I suggested a citroen C2 GT, but the free insurance is only available to over 21's and he is 20, with 1 yrs no claims. Cant think of anything else to suggest?

He does not want a saxo, he is selling his to get a new car, he likes the C2 GT but the free insurance applies to over 21's only, is there any way to get round this?
