Can anyone tell me whether or not 17 inch wheels on a corsa C 1.2 16v will slow it down or will 16s be better?

1.2 16v is quite slow anyways so wont make much difference. Acceleration will be slightly slower.

Harldy noticeable when i put 17's on.
