Right so i phoned them this morning, had to say which number i needed on the automated part as they didnt have touch tone

Anyway i asked for a new photocard and counterpart as it takes only 3 days compared to up to 3 weeks for the counterpart How that works i dont know.

Anyway i will have a new photocard and counterpart withing 3 days for the price of £19. Wont be losing that again!!!
