depends on hwo far you want to tune it really

and also depends on how much money you want to spend

u cud go for a set of cams.....with vernier pulleys....that'll release a few bhp.....
full stainless systems..(to go with your back-box)
then you start with your internals a bit more
E.G.:
Con-rods....Pistons....etc

you coudl also try some losing sum weight.....can get lightened and balanced fly-wheels...

and like jr has said....get a uni-chip....superchips are crap wen it comes to tunign your engine....there only really meant for an induction kit n exhaust...

I'd get a janspeed manifold, decat and the rest of the exhaust system from where you are now.

Wouldn't both with cams. Depends how much you are prepared to spend for minimal gains. Your not going to get anything like the bang per buck you got from the mantzel again.

looking at about 2k for what you listed above. but why do that, you will have an engine thats in the 100000 region more than likey, you said your self that your engine is low mileage and in good condition would be a shame to waste it. head work starts at 200 for a little job up to 500 for a well done job. the throttle bodies and dta will cost you 1700. the noise is worth it alone haha!

£1700 for a basic parts list. Plus fitting, a map and a load of other parts.

Velos or SBD. If you want to pay someone to do it all your looking at an easy £3k for a basic set up I reckon. That will see you about 160-165bhp.
