IIRC an 18" wheel wouldnt fit in your boot.

I wouldnt drive my car with 3 18" wheels and one 14" wheel as it would handle dangerously

And most people who have 18" wheels will be driving showish type cars. Roadside wheelchanges are impossible if you have sideskirts and a lowered car...
