as some of you know, an ex mate of mine, a.k.a peen-arse crashed into me 8 weeks ago....just got it all sorted and hes payin - as it was his fault...
anyway, 30 mins ago, his dad and 'peen-arse' come round and his dad was shoutin his bloody head off, me mum wudnt let him past the gates so me dad was stickin up 4 himself one side of the gate and he was shoutin on the other...funny as fuk i tell ya...dad was the better man in the end and walked off before he hurt him lol(his dad is a propper poof... his dad sed he was takin it further, is there any way i can fuk him over for comin onto my property? i.e. tell my insurers? that way, if he takes it further i have a record of what went on

I would start by notifying insurers that he is making threatening behavouir etc and also let the police know so they have it on record

me uncles just found out and hes the sorta guy who takes no shit so if they coe round again while hes here then i dont wanna c the result lol

yer m8, deffo gettin paid out, cars gone into vauxhall today, we are claiming the petrol we use on the courtesy car 2 so i might just do a few thousand miles just to piss him off.
If he comes round again then i recon its gonna get nasty lol, piggys said ring them asap if owt happens

I dont see how you can claim petrol for the hire car?!
You can claim the cost of it, but you'd have to use petrol in your own car..

sorry, i worded that wrong, what we are doing is putting the petrol in ourselves and then when my car gets back and we get the rest of the payment for my damages i get back the petrol money, confirmed this this morning...also, got a crime number from the cops for future refrence

I'd say leave it upto the police, afterall this about MONEy at the end of the day if your uncle starts smashing his face in then you could end up out of pocket etc.

Phone police and make a complaint regarding them coming over with threatening behaviour.
Inform insurers/soictitors and give them the crime number that the police issue you with for that incident.
