Are they a bunch of muppets or somthing???

i rang up to ask about a Garrett gT25 turbo, blokey answeres the phone, and i ask em if they stock garrett tubbys, yep they do, so he asks me what car its for, tell him the engines from a cavalier, he tells me that they do a turbo for the car, but doesnt know what it is.. so i say its probably a kkk, and im after a garret, to go onto a custom manifold, answer i get is thats the only one we do for that car..

maybe a young un' or new bloke who answered, they are an ace service and if they were to fuck up im sure they'd put things right free of charge

correct, except for labour charges of removing the turbo from the car

the guy just seemed clueless to me, and was of no help whatso ever... didn't even know what he was trying to sell ...
