taken from pf
after what seems like forever I now have a new bodyshell for my car (shame I cant get lee fixed that easily )
you would not believe how many pics I have been sent of caged escort shells that are currently for sale but for one reason or another they did not measure up to what I destroyed in the accident so I decided the only thing for it was to but a new motorsport shell inc all panels, seam weld it and cage it exactly the same as the original.
the new shell is sitting in my workshop waiting for work to commence, the cage and seam welding should be sorted within a month, then I have to decide if it gets the same paintwork as the old one or not, what do you lot think?
