My friend has bought a caliber CRW12 and needs an amp to run it!

heres its spec

12" Subwoofer, 250 Watts Max, 150 Watts RMS

I thought Caliber are a shitty make?!

he's looking at this amp

Caliber is a high quality brand of audio for cars and this particular range (rally range) is a high spec medium budget range.
It is a 4 Channel Amplifier that can be bridged to 2 individual subwoofers.
The specs are as follows:
4x 120W (2x 360W mono),
RMS Power : 4x 40W (2x 110W mono),
Full range / Low-Pass 80Hz,
Input Sensitivity HL 10v / RCA 0.2-3v, 2 Ohm stable in stereo mode.
Switch-on delay,
Input level control,
Short-circuit and overheating protection,
Tri-mode switching,

- would it run it alright?! I dont care if its shit or not just if it would work!
