contact the seller via email and if no reply then write to him, saying you will not hestitate to leave negative feedback - which is not good for him for future sales. leave him a reasonable period to reply, if no reply then i would contact ebay and tell them your situation.

Ebay are shit when you get shafted. I sold a PS2 on there a couple of years back, the buyer paid using Billpoint (used to be Ebays own CC processor). I sent of the PS2 and 6 weeks later got an email off Billpoint saying that transaction was unauthorised by the cardholder and Billpoint were taking the money back! Bastards, screwed me out of £180 and they didn't want to know.

never had a bad experience on ebay yet..but there is rogues out there..

Some ppl can take alot longer to reply/send stuff..Some ppl are not online all the time either..

But ebay will pursue claims on your behalf..dunno how good they are like at it.......

ALWAYS use paypal with all ebay transactions!

www.paypal.com will always give your money back if there is no delivery, and if its your word against theres then a fraud and investigation unit will ask for a tracking ID..which has to be valid.

In your case you senty a cheque and it has been CASHED...you can contact your bank and say it was fraugulently cashed and they will get the necessary people involved. POLICE WILL DO FUCK ALL
