Depends on how much theyve sold to be honest matey. Some people are power sellers and have sold a few thousand things on eBay, with only a few negative comments here or there. Youre pretty safe buying off those type of people, as eg 8 negatives in a few thousand sells is bound to happen.
Before I stick a bid in, I see what theyve sold before to people & for what prices, seen what their feedback overall is and then decided whether to stick a bid in. Bought loadsa stuff off there, even met up with some instead of posting and always had good transactions.
