If you haven't read the post......

Skinny who now owns my old corsa had the timing belt snap on him......

Waiting to find out extent of damage to engine..
totally gutted for him..

Vectra is getting booked in next week for
belt
tensioners etc to be doen...about £300 but bettter than new engine........

Best being safe than sorry I suppose but u need the alloys and exhaust

aye I know Kolin.wheels will have to wait..better havin an engine thats safe than new wheels... will still get zorst...

Eck his insurance is step enough on the 1.6........ it's mega.............

still no word from roy @ RAR as yet bout the state of my engine, hopin 2 hear from him soon tho, my fingers r in agony lol, had them crossed 4 almost a wk now ha ha, id love 2 fit a 2l 16v but the insurance will go thru the roof, as if im not payin enuf already lol,

mine needs it done soon. the FIRE engines have function to stop any damage though. knowing my luck that will fail if anythign happens

2 weeks now...................only had a few draws over that time....getting there....

the word from roy @ RAR is that my engine isnt as bad as 1st feared, its not scrap neway lol, needs alot of work tho, hopefully gettin it bak this wk wit a detailed report

u wouldnt be interested in a gsi engine etc jus had the belt and pulleys all done
