How easy is it to remove an in car screen for security? Do they just unplug or what?

if iits a plug and play yes, if its a din type headunit screen then some of them have removable panels but the screen stays in

mine just has removable faceplate as said above but i never remove it anyway, just let it 'mask'

Say a screen like that - one you mount in the car. Is it just a case of pulling the cable out of the back and lifting it out of the bracket?
