My 20GB removable HD is saying i have used 65MBs when it's formated using NTFS, is this correct
I'm sure it can't be Anyone know any tooks to check the drive with apart from crappy Scan Disk under Windows 9*. It will take a day to check using USB 1.1 on my old system running 98.

Think i've found the prob. I used the allocation size 4096 when it should be 8 something Fucking Windows set it to 4096 when it should have been on default
Let you know the out come in a bit when it's formated again

No Avril Robers is near Dale Street, up by Vauxhall Road.
You'll always lose some space to file allocation.
