Car surprisingly alot louder and the pttttttsh is louder too. Also can hear it spooling up better too! Must remember to put it back on if weather turns though lol.

Its near the intercooler, but the air filters directly below the vent.

Not really no, The grumble is from the engine, the whoosh from the turbo spooling. But the induction does aid the engine sound slightly. More so with induction kits.

Ive never driven a standard impreza so cant comment. The previous owner had spent over 5k on it.

Ah cool, brothers mate is thinking about getting one and wanted to know if the ppp was worth paying extra for, read on scoobynet that it's worth it's weight in gold (only really read up on the frog-eyed ones etc so not sure if it makes that much difference on the older shape ones).

But u get a nice 2 door coupe if you get the sti

Nice wrx would save cash but u know u'd spend loads on doing shit to it anyway

Upto you at the end of the day the sti 5will be newest and should get a low miler with your money mate
