how do they calculate 12 months, is it say, from bill date june 04 till bill date may 05? of june 05? cos i wont me knew phone on the 21st

u can upgrade 11 months into the contract or more

u can cancel with 30 days notice from 11 months in

what happens with the insurance if u change your phone? and sell the original which come with the contract.

what the best way to cancel my contract with O2? Ring em up or send em a letter/e-mail?

inform the insurance company and they will swop the details over for you.
you have to send your invoice you recieve thou, to prove you have that phone.
