£800-£1000. Its the milage thats the problem, cause people dont want to buy cars with over 100k miles on them. Shame really cause over all its not in bad condition really. Consider what the cars worth, if you've got the space, you may aswell keep it and stick a bigger engine in it for use on the weekends or summat. That's what i'd do anyhow .

Still runs fine etc though doesnt it? Will be easy to get 12 months MOT etc?

Even with the milage, £500 seems dirt cheap for such a decent car. Fuck me even i'd proberbly find that much to buy it off you

ah right even still, I recon a new engine wouldnt set you back too much.

I still recon on making it into a Weekend toy. Fuck the kit etc, go AK style on the fucker, and make it car to be used and abused . Pick up Astra GTE for £400-500 to take the engine out of . Limited milage insurance policy: Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your Aunt .

Arse . Thats a bastard then really, cause if your only expecting £500, then really its not worth gettign rid off .

Shame its not a month later either, cause i'd be working FT then, so could proberbly put together with a couple of mates to make it a project of our own .
