i gave up about 3 months ago now. Was smoking 10 a day and ive prob had about 25 in the last 3 months, all of which have been on drunken nights out. I know its not perfect, but Im still pleased with myself! Its true though, the first couple of days are teh worst cos thats when you have the mental AND physical cravings. Dont give up giving up though, i feel a lot beter for it already.

I quit while here in Oz about 2 1/2 months ago.
Was hard while drinking but i did it and feel 100% better than before, feel healthy and will not go back (apart from the odd reefer)
