Well the engines finally outta the cav, kinda decided at 6pm that it would be a good idea to remove the rest of the engine even tho i dont have a crane. all i had was a lever bar two bits of rope and my dad.

mums happy now as the cav can be taken away and made into a small cube, and i can get on with stripping the engine down ready to take to ken riley in wycombe next weekend for the re-bore and and head work..

yey 2.1 turbo corsa here i come

are you fully stripping the cav and selling the bits

as you know from my conversion, engine cranes are for lazy bums

nah, fed up with it, every man and his dog seems to be stripping a cav gsi so no-one wants any bits

im thinking of being super lazy for the conversion tho, take it to work then i've got air tools. engine crane and two poster lifts

Yeah, I didn't use a crane, just a big mother of a jack from a mechanic friend.
