I doubt very much its a joke.

Any potential bidder will probably want to contact the seller in person to discuss the details.

Also, details in the ad aren't needed. The people who will bid know exactly what they are bidding on, they don't need to be told the spec, engine size etc.

Also, whats wrong with cash on delivery? I doubt he means literally cash, probably more like a bankers draft.
