Right i'm running alpine spr 176a components off of my headunit.

But only one side is working the left hand side works fine. on the right there is no sound at all apart from the tweeter which is very quiet and crackling/distorted.

What wrong with it? It was working fine the other day. anyone got any ideas?

i had the same mate, i just stripped the doors (took about 15mins max) and then unscrewed everything and connected the woofer up, tested it, then the tweeter, tested it...then wacked everything back on

you might find its a dodgy connection somewhere, thats what i think mine was...although i never found it

i've fixed it now. It was a dodgy connection. Cheers for the reply
