Wanting to change the oil myself on the MR2...just wondering I know (or think I do) that you need fully synthetic...just want to know best brand to get?

Ive been told numerous times since working there that Mobil 1 is supposed to be the better one to go for. The Halfords oil is made by Esso, so i'm told and the fully synthetic one is 5/W30 in a silver bottle, was buy one get one free last weekend,but youve missed that now

Yeah cheers lads im aware of the main brands etc just after colins or anyone else who has had experience with MR2's as to what they used in past etc??

10W40 Semi Synthetic, Shell Helix Plus or Castrol Magnatec.
You'll need about 4L.
