I resigned my job last week, gave them a month's notice.
My boss came to me at lunchtime and told me to go home, you don't need to work your notice any longer.

Whaey-hey an extra 3 weeks PAID holiday!!!!

Wish my previous company had offered me garden-leave, I could have had 5 weeks off to house-hunt then instead of 2!
