split the side of my tyre were i had to go up on a kerb coz the stupied wagon driver was parked awkwardly, and also kurbed the wheel 
then on the way home i was driving along the road near mine, and some dick over took a parked wagon, and hit my wing mirror, totally fucked it up, the swinging mirror has scratched the door too
i spun the car round in a flash and was hot on his tail, i was relaly mad and ready to smash sum skulls, finally pulled him up down a counrty lane. and he jumped out balming me!!
said i was speeding i cant evan speed on that road its full of dips and speed humps, so the front bumper will come off if i do anymore than 20mphon that road.
so he said he was going the police station and took my reg, i evan swaped address's and insurance stuff, he said "it wont cost me anything, i'm fully comp with protected no claim, it will cost you because i bet your only been driving ten mins and you love the speed you young ones, so your insurance will go up with the claim of this accident"
at this point i had both fists tense
anyway i followed him to the police station, and he didnt go, but i did, and the police told me they cant get involved coz we swapped details, but the police came out looked at it and evan said, nice car, you obviously look after it,  then they said, fight my corner its not my fault he was the one who should have give way

i wont back down, but he is trying to say i was speeding , if he says that to his insurance they wont pay for it, i will have to, and his aswell. but i wasnt speeding and cant prove that i wasnt.

Wont fuck your insurance up if you are claiming on his insurance, maybe say you had to swerve and claim for the wheel and tyre aswell as you hit the kerb

I had someone hit me and then blame me. We just left it in the end as his was a comp van and i didn't wanna loose my NCB. It was his fault to. He never stopped either and i had to chase after him. I hate ppl like this when you spend hours per week looking after your car and then someone just fucks it up and doesn't care. I so wanna smash his face in still but i thought it was best not to
