Went to Blackpool for the weekend (and my birthday)

Was a bit short notice so had to drive around till about 11:30 looking for somewhere 2 stay, found a place, then had to find a place 4 my car

Pulled up by the owners of a nearby hotel and asked for a secure lockup, he said he had 1 so got into my car and took us to a car park saying it would be locked up at 12:30, I was thinking that was all good so parked the car behind a van

Went back to the car at 1:30 and we couldn't see it in the parking space we'd left it in

Then my mate pointed to the car in a completely different space next to the exit

I moved it thinking if they could move spaces, they could easily take it and parked it outside the hotel

Woke up after a very good night

went down to my car and the mayor of Blackpool was standing next to it and told me that I had a £60 parking ticket and some1 had keyed it all down the side

I left my car next to a few mates at uni last year when we went away for a class trip for a week ... when we got back they had started construction and had moved 7 cars to a different car park using a fork lift truck

... we were pretty confused at first
