it goes through to the motoring beuro or somthing??
Just phoned this woman and she said my accident is more than likley 50/50 and is going through the motor beuro to prove you were not at fault?
What is this onabout its been going on for over a year and still aint sorted out!!!
What can i do if i am proved that it was my fault, can i do anything about it????? Also will this cost me any money????

its a bit like a court where they give both sides of story and any evidence ect and it gets decideded whos fault it is u can appeal but i dont think u get anywhere
but im sure some claims can be settled 50/50

Just phoned them again. She woman said on her database its showing up as a 50-50. But its still in progress at the dissputes team. I asked why.... they said that your side of the claim is fine, they received mine ages ago(IVE SENT OFF PICTURES OF THE STREET WHERE WE CRASHED AND IVE HAD A WITNESS STATEMENT SENT OFF AND IVE SENT DIAGRAMS OF HOW THE CRASH OCCURED)
she said that the other party's claim is still going through and thats whats holding them up.
ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW!
My advice is dont go anywhere near 80 year old women in cars, they first crash into your car then act like they didnt do nothing wrong then put a young guy through all this shit claiming its my fault. AS IF MY FUCKING INSURANCE AINT HIGH ENOUGH AS IT IS!!!
At the end of the day im not asking for my car to be resprayed, infact i dont want anything done to my car as its only a little scuff on the rear right hand side of my bumper and i will sort this out when i colour code my car. Its just the fact that im 18 and i dont want an accident down on my name that was my fault... and it clearly wasnt my fault.

I also heared months back that the old woman's insurance tryed getting in contact with her (when the accident first happended) and she took months to reply to that letter. Now come on if that dont sound dodgy! They tried getting in contact with her a couple of times....  old women dont you just love them... fuking lethal behind the wheel

Poor bastad,
got this old women in my village, shes easily 85+ she can literally ONLY just see over the steering wheel! No joke.
She doesnt change out of 2 gear no matter what speed road it is. She will do about 25mph max.
She starts indicating 300Meters before her turning confusing anyone who is nearby, then turns in without checking the traffic in the opposite lane is clear!
FuK!ng danger, trying to think of any more................... oh yeah, bout two years ago she turned into a side road and hit a stationary car, she just drove off.
Bloke found out she did it and went round to ask for her details etc etc, she rang the police cos she thought it was his fault. He was at work in london!
Old people are a danger to everyone else, fuck boy racers going too fast, its oldies going unpredictablly!!!!!!

i had a claim that went 50/50 because we both blamed each other and was no evidence to prove anything.
i was third party she was fully comp.....
my insurance paid half of hers and her insurance paid her the other half.
i only got half from her insurance
