cuz in other countries where they drive on the other side of the raod the lights need to point the other way!

All cars headlights point slightly towards the farside curb to prevent drivers being blinded at night, so they are angled. A LHD car has the lights pointing in the wrong direction, directly at the driver on the ther side of the road. When you go to europe, particularly france, you are required by their law as a RHD car to use adapter plates or stickers on the headlight glass to stop you blinding french drivers on the other side of the road. No such law is present in the UK that im aware of.
