or just get a charge cooler than rad temp is not an issue!!

Or have a fan override fitted like I am having done while the engine loom is being rewired. A flick of a switch on the dash and on comes the fan regardless of ambient or engine temps

this is what I am goign to do. you can also get a revotec adjustable temp fan switch as well which looks interesting

Yes - that sounds good. Probably more important for your turbo beast than mine TBH

Never thought of water injection? Would allow you more boost, bigger charge and more ignition advance without detting - relatively cheap at around £400?
