if i format my C drive will i lose absolutely everything on it?

includin windows XP etc?

as i wanna get rid of everything again but dnt wanna lose XP or av to reisnstall it..

how do i go about formatting aswell?

Well, if you put your XP CD in you will be able to re-install the operating system and format the disk, this will get rid of everything, but you will have to re-install windows... The only other way to get rid of everything, but not re-install the OS is to manually delete EVERYTHING...

If you do a format you will loose everything and loose Windows...

Its simple, did it in an hour a few weeks ago, the wizard on the CD does all the work...
