cant see that top speed myself like, seems the 242bhp uk spec gt4 has a top speed of 148mph

i know gt4 weighs more, but NOT 14mph more

oh, and just to add, the jap spec gt4's top speed is 154

so plenty more ponies than the mr2, but still 8mph less? i dont think so

Your 4WD system saps loads of power, hence your power to the wheels is much less than the MR2, hence the higher top speed of Mr Two. Its not my figure anyway, its Toyotas, translated from a Japanese owners manual.
4WD systems are great for grip but you will never win a straight line race (over a decent distance) against a 2WD with the same power.

Ha Dunno about that, im really starting to like it

Bought a couple bits for it at the weekend and gave it all a good clean - looking rather good now

Alloys - Trying to find some second hand Azev A's or multispoke Alpina's

Go get 1 tho, lots of car for little money
