fella from norwich union has just been round to my house , i showed him the digital camera pictures that i took of my accident and of the area, also showed him the car and he said there is no way that they will be paying out for this as it was clearly his fault.
he said everything is for me:
* scrathes of the crash go from right to left(indicates he hit me)
* he was coming down a hill and a sharp left turn at the bottom and was obviously goin too fast.
*i did not actully get to the lights
*the car was still in myside after collision .
And also the taxi driver has a no-win no-fee solisitor whereas i have a very good solister who ma dad uses for his company .only downside is its £180 per hour for him
and he valued my car at £2000 when i only payed £900
but i am in a real good mood! i am seeing police on monday and i am taking no more shit off them , i did not cause this accident and no matter how hard they try to blame me ,i am gonna stick by my guns and keep on telling the truth

Your lawyer should be able to claim his bills i.e £180 an hour off them.
Do you have the police report yet???
Costs £47, take ages putting it through admin.

no i have no report yet fella , still aint give my full statment, goin down on mon with ma lawyer, yeh thats what i am thinkin , might be expensive but i believe i am paying for what i get , and i might at the end be out of pocket but as least ive tried my best
hope he pulls this asian to pieces in court

am off down to police station tomorrow night to give my statement , taking ma lawyer with me just incase coppers get a bit funny with me , i know there gonna try and blame me but am sticking to ma story , they can get fucked if they think there gonna put blame on me
