anyone had there centre section out but still got the decap pipe on, does it sound ott or does it sound nicce

been told i can have it done by a mate who works at national tyres, 30quid for the pipe, and labour.

my mate had a straight through decat and straight through centre Magnex on his VTS and it sounded incredably SHITE.

Mines straight through after the cat with the centre silencer removed and sounds ace IMO, not raspy either which is what I was worried about.
